Goods Inspection Policy
1. Definition
Goods inspection refers to the process of checking and comparing the items/goods received in a Chay Garden package against the specific products requested in the customer’s order.
2. Timing of inspection
Chay Garden allows customers to perform a joint inspection with the delivery person at the time of receipt (or within 30 minutes of receiving the goods).
If a discrepancy is discovered after receipt, customers should contact Customer Service immediately for return or exchange assistance.
Note: Customers are encouraged to record a video while unboxing to serve as a reference for comparison if necessary.
3. Scope of goods inspection
After the order is confirmed by our staff, customers may verify the quantity and compare the items received based on the following criterias:
– Basic attributes: Product name, quantity, and customer information as stated on the order documents
– Visual match: The model/design as shown in the product images saved at the time of order and subsequent confirmation
– Do not open or break the seals of products with security or tamper-evident labels
– Do not scratch off codes for point accumulation or gift redemption
Please do not use the products in the package while an inspection issue is still being resolved with us.
4. Procedures for handling incorrect orders
– During joint inspection: If the received items do not match the order, please contact our Hotline immediately to speak with Customer Service for order verification.
– Incorrect fulfillment: If Chay Garden mistakenly delivers the wrong items, the customer may refuse to accept the delivery and withhold payment.
– Pre-paid orders: For orders already paid for, the customer can choose to have the correct items resent or request a full refund. Chay Garden will process the refund as soon as possible.
