Return policy
1.Return conditions:
1.1 Refund immediately upon receipt:
If you discover that the package has signs of denting, isno longer intact compared to the description on the website, or has incorrect recipientinformation, please refuse to receive the goods immediately at the time of receipt.
1.2 In the case that after receiving the goods and paying the shipping unit, you have the rightto request a return when you open the package and discover one of the errors below:
1.3 In cases where the product is defective from the manufacturing side, return and exchangespecifications apply according to the brand. In the remaining cases, we regretfully cannot support a return policy. Cases of returning goods are as follows:
– Product packaging is torn or damaged during transportation.
– Wrong product delivered, missing accessories, missing accompanying gifts.
– The product was delivered in the wrong product or in the wrong color compared to the order.
2. Refund method:
For orders returned due to a total error, we support a return and refund policy via bank account. For orders returned due to partial errors, we support product return (if the product is instock) or refund via bank account.
3. Return method:
Please notify us immediately within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays) from the time of receipt. We have the right to refuse to support any product complaints in case you notify us after this time.
3.1 Visit website chaygarden.vn or contact via hotline to receive instructions from the customer service department to fill out the “Return Request” form. After filling out all required information in the “Return Request” form, within 72 hours the Customer Service department will process and respond to the status of the return request as valid or not.
3.2 If the refund request is valid, within the next 48 hours, the customer please choose a return method according to the instructions at the website chaygarden.vn

3.4 After 10 days from the date the order is confirmed to be returned and chaygarden.vn still has not received the returned goods, chaygarden.vn will refuse to resolve any complaints and consider thatthe customer no longer needs to return this or der.
3.5 When receiving a returned order, chaygarden.vn will inspect the goods to ensure that the returned order meets the conditions in section 4.1. Customers will receive a notification at the account where the order was placed within the next 7 days.
3.5.1 If the refund order is valid, the customer will receive the refund to their bank account within 5-15 working days. In case you do not have a bank account, chaygarden.vn will convert it into membership points with the corresponding value of the refund order.
3.5.2 In case the order is NOT valid, chaygarden.vn will contact you to propose the next solution.
4.Valid return orders:
Necessary exchange/refund arrangements will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure all return request information is complete and accurate so that chaygarden.vn can support the returnin the shortest possible time.
4.1. Returned Order Status:
– The product is exactly as described in the “Return Request” form and is in its original condition upon receipt.
– Orders must be returned for all products in the order, including purchases, accessories and accompanying gifts.
– Each order can only request a maximum return once.
4.2. Return orders are invalid if:
– Information has not been provided or is incomplete/inaccurate with the information provided according to “Return request” at website chaygarden.vn
– More than 10 days from the date chaygarden.vn confirmed “Return request” but still have not received the refund order.
5. Waiting to receive refund
If the returned product meets the conditions in section 4, within 5-15 days (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays), chaygarden.vn will process the refund via bank account or in the form of membership points accumulated through the account you used to place the order, from the date the order is confirmed for refund.
If the product does not satisfy the conditions in section 4, chaygarden.vn unfortunately cannot refund you. For any feedback on goods other than the reasons above, please contact the customer service department of chaygarden.vn for further advice. 1.Seller’s obligations:

Guarantee of the customer’s legal rights: The seller must ensure that the goods do not infringe the legal rights of third parties, such as copyright or intellectual property. Correction of errors, warranty: If the goods are defective or do not comply with the agreement, the seller must be responsible for fixing, warranty or return according to the customer’s request.
2. Customer obligations:
Payment on time: Customers must pay in full and on time as agreed in the contract.
Receiving goods on time: Customers must receive goods on time and according to the agreed conditions, including inspecting the goods upon receipt.
Notification of problems related to goods: If the goods are discovered to be defective, customers need to promptly notify the seller so that they can be resolved according to regulations.
Providing accurate information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about requirements, delivery address, and payment method, to create favorable conditions for the seller in performing transactions.
