Goods inspection policy
1./ Definition.
Goods inspection is to perform the work of checking and comparing the
products/goods received in the package sent by chaygarden.vn withthe products in the order that the customer requested.
2./ Time to check goods
chaygarden.vn accepts customers to check in with the delivery staff at the time of
receipt (or within 30 minutes from when the customer receives the goods.) After receiving the goods, the customer checks and finds an error and can contact the customer service department for return support.
Note: Please record a video when opening the box for comparison when necessary.
3./ Scope of goods inspection.
Customers can count the number of products actually received, compare and
contrast the products received with the products ordered on the order after the
staff confirms the order according to the following criteria:
According to basic product attributes: product name, quantity, customer information on order documents. According to the model shown by the product’s representative image is saved when ordering and after the order is confirmed by staff. Absolutely do not peel or open product boxes with seals or guarantee stamps. You are not allowed to scratch codes for products with points or exchange gifts.Customers please do not peel and use the products in the package while there are still problems during the goods inspection process with us.
4./ Processing steps when the goods received are not as ordered.
When you check, the product received is not the same as the
product you ordered. Please contact the hotline to meet with
customer service to confirm your order. In case vn incorrectly closes the order according to the customer’srequest, the customer may not receive the goods or make payment.In case the order has been paid, the customer can request to
resubmit a new order or not, chaygarden.vn will refund you as soon as possible.
