Shipping Policy
1. Delivery methods
– Customers can buy directly at Chay Garden stores
– Delivery is handled via third-party shipping services
2. Estimated time for delivery
– For HCM area: 1-2 working days (excluding holidays and Tet)
– Other areas: 2-4 working days (excluding holidays and Tet)
3. Geographic delivery limits
For provincial customers purchasing in large quantities or wholesale, Chay Garden utilizes delivery services from professional shipping companies. Shipping fees will be charged according to the service provider’s rates or as per the specific contractual agreement between both parties.
3.1. Responsibilities for shipping documentation
– Consignor: Responsible for providing necessary product documentation during the delivery process
– Carrier: Responsible for providing invoices to state management agencies upon request
– Shipping Unit: Responsible for transporting goods under the “original seal/intact condition” principle
All order packaging will display the following information:
– Recipient Information: Name, phone number, and address
– Waybill/Tracking ID
– Invoices: To ensure safety and legality, Chay Garden includes an invoice with every shipment. This serves as a basis for processing complaints, determining market value, and ensuring valid circulation.
3.2. Liability for goods damaged during transit
– Issue Resolution: For goods damaged during transit, whether delivered by the store’s own staff or a third party, Chay Garden will take direct responsibility for resolving the issue for the customer
– Customer Rights: Customers have the right to refuse the product and request a return or refund according to the “Return and Refund Policy”
– Compensation: Chay Garden will work directly with the shipping partner to handle compensation based on the service cooperation agreement
Note: In the event of a delivery delay, Chay Garden will promptly notify the customer. The customer may then choose to either cancel the order or continue waiting for delivery.
